September Favourites

Hello lovelies,

I know its been nearly two weeks since I posted something but I'll be writing two posts today and posting them at different times.
I know I'm a bit late with my september favourites but here it is..

There's not much things that I enjoyed using or doing as most of the time I was writing essays.
Starting with beauty favourites something I've been enjoying since summer is the Fit Me foundation by maybelline on the shade 120 classic ivory. As this foundation is very light light on your skin and makes you feel like you're hardly wearing anything.

Another I've used a lot this month is the famous Fit Me concealer by Maybelline in the shade 15. As every blogger/ beauty vlogger has been talking a bout this concealer since Maybelline announced it i got it as you saw on my mini haul  post. It's exactly like the foundation light but very good coverage (well if you're going for a very natural look).

Moving on from face beauty products to lashes. If you have been with me since I started my blog you would know that I LOVE the Rimmel The Scandaleyes mascara (the orange with black sell line packaging) but I've been feeling like that one was too much for my eyes as I used nearly everyday, when I would get home I would look in the mirror and it looked like a had a black eye as the mascara smudged and had me question myself if I looked like that the whole day so I gave the Scandaleyes show off mascara also by Rimmel. The difference between them is that the brushes are designed differently. Don't get me wrong I still love the Scandaleyes mascara but for a day-to-day basis I would rather use the Scandaleyes Show Off mascara because as the brush is smaller and curvier not much product goes to you lashes again giving you a more natural look.

Moving on to Lips care. This past month I've been loving the Baby Lips Hydrate Lip balm (moisturiser). It literally does what it says on the packaging, it leaves your lips more hydrated and soft and more heathy looking. As I forgot to get a picture of just the Candle I'm just going to mention it here xD. This Candle is literally heaven leaves nearly the whole house smelling like Very Cherry Jelly Belly.

Now for my fashion favourite this month was definitely My new leopard neon print scarf from Primark, you can see more about it in my mini haul post.

And Finally for my book favourite this month it has to be the only book I had time to read, even hough I only read a few pages I have a feeling that I'm going to love it.

So this is it for this month's favourite. So how about you? Have you tried and loved any of the things OI mentioned? Or better what have you been loving through out the past month?

Much Love,
Maria xox

Summer Favourites

Hello,

So as I promised to you guys on twitter (@misscheerful28) I'm going to do my summer favourites as summer is already over for me due to the fact College starts on Wednesday and it's getting cold again!

Make Up

I actually didnt use much make up or beauty related things this summer but when I really needed to go somewhere important or where there would be cute guys (hehe xD) I used the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation which is very light and theres a good but very little coverage. (I use on the shade 120 which is classic ivory)

Skin care

Definitely the Clearasil Vitamins & Extracts Face Scrub & the Clearasil Deep Cleansing Wipes (as always).

Hair

It has been ages since I have split ends and it's all thanks to TRESemme Split Remedy literally a life saver! I normally apply right after I washed my hair.

Nails

For the summer I love pastel colours because they are so light and cute and nothing extravagant which suits with nearly everything you use/wears during the summer.

(Blue one is from Technic, the orange/pinkish is from Gold, the green one is from Rimmel, the purple and the yellow one are from Hello Petal I believe but they came on a magazine so I dont know if you can find it anywhere)

Spring Favourites!

Helloo,

So how it's spring I decided to share with you guys, what has been my favourites through out this season.

Nails

Tribal/French nails designes!
As my school doesn't allow the students to wear nail vanish on their nails, I have to do something simple on my nails so they wont notice I have it on. For spring I normally either just do french nails or just live it without no nails vanish just with the base, but this year I got the fascination with tribal nail designs so I gave it a try :)
Hair
For spring I like the curly/wet look on my hair, so I normally mousse it.
It gives my hair volume and it's very piratical and quick to apply.

Books

When Summer Ends by Isabelle Rae (iBook Store) & While It Lasts by Abbi Glines

When summer ends is about a girl called Chloe Henderson who has never been one to break the rules or push the boundaries... but during her summer break, she and her friends use fake IDs to sneak into a club. It's there that she meets handsome and alluring bartender, Will Morris. The pair hit it off immediately, growing closer with every passing day. But as with every summer, it has to end sometime. Chloe's senior year approaches and there's a shock in store when she returns to do her final year at school. Will is there too, but he's not one of her fellow students... A tale of forbidden love, broken hearts, friendship, and rivalry.

While it lasts is about a guy called Cage York who has a free ride to college for baseball - or he did, until he got in trouble for drink-driving. Now he has to give in to his coach's demands and spend his summer baling hay. No hot babes in bikinis waiting to meet a Southern boy to make her vacation complete. Just him and the damned cows. Oh and an uptight, snarky brunette with the biggest blue eyes he's ever seen.

Eva Brooks planned out her life step by step when she was eight years old. Not once over the years had she lost sight of her goals. Josh Beasley, her next door neighbour, had been the centre of those goals. He'd been her first boyfriend at seven, her first kiss at ten, her first date at fifteen and her first tragedy at eighteen. The moment she'd received the phone call from Josh's mother saying he'd been killed along with four other soldiers just north of Baghdad, Eva's carefully planned life imploded in the worst way possible. Now she has to deal with the arrogant Cage York and his irritating smile.
But as the summer bailing hay rolls by, Cage and Eva learn that what they want (and need) may be something they never saw coming.

I really recommend you guys to ready both these books they are absolutely amazing!!
Candles

Jelly Belly Very Cherry!
If you like scented candles and Jelly Belly this is literally for you!
I keep it in my room and whenever I light it up it actually manages to leave the whole house smellying so nice that it gives the felling that I'm in a candy store!

Fragrances

Ralph Lauren perfume (Blue one) I have no idea the actually name of it but I just know that I've loved this perfume since I was little and I still love it so much!

Make up

I actually don't have a favourite make up or make up routine for spring because I never actually change how I do my make up every season, so I'm going to do a post on my make up routine so you guys know what I usually use and do.

Much love,
Maria xox
